Ncdc Draft Order 2024. The national collegiate development conference is pleased to announce that the 2024 ncdc draft will be held on monday, may 13, 2024, and will be conducted in two phases. Moving forward, the ncdc will allow unlimited twenty.

Phase ii saw teams selecting players born between 2004 and 2006. Phase i saw teams drafting players born in the years 2007 and 2008.
